A production line does not tolerate uncertainty. Our manufacturing accounts run on three agreements: the panel BOM is quoted as one program, core models are allocated against your schedule, and every end-of-life model goes through a structured replacement review with samples before any switch. Below is how each piece works.
Panel side of the BOM, monthly output, destination port. Chassis kit needs (SKD/CKD) noted at the same time.
Model options per line with written grades, locked program pricing on core models, sample allocation for validation.
Samples and first release ship together. Your line validates; we confirm grades and packing per the agreed spec.
Scheduled dispatches against the allocation, each re-confirmed in writing. EOL events trigger the replacement review automatically.

The form is pre-configured for manufacturing enquiries — notes field prompts for the BOM and monthly output. We reply with model options, samples and a program quotation.
